At SkinXperts, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’re here to make it right.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible, your item must:

Be unused and unopened
Be in its original packaging, with seals, labels, or shrink wrap intact
Be in the same condition in which it was received
Include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

When reaching out, kindly share the following details:

Clear images or a short video of the product
A picture of the shipping label
Your order number
The platform where the order was placed (e.g. website, Instagram, or WhatsApp etc.)

Once we receive your request, a SkinXperts representative will guide you on where to send your parcel. Further instructions will be provided via WhatsApp or call for a smooth return process.
 
Important:
Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrect (wrong product)

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety concerns. These include:

Opened or used skincare or beauty products
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
Medicines or supplements
Oral care products
Custom or personalized items
Items marked as final sale

Note: Any product that has been opened, tested, or tampered with will not be accepted for return or exchange, regardless of the reason.

Exchanges

Need a different product? The fastest way is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
